Products are printed to order and fulfilled in 21 countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Fulfillment country for each order is carefully selected by our advanced routing algorithm at the time of ordering.
In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.
Shipping times vary and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days.
What if a product is damaged?
We are sorry to hear that the order has arrived damaged – this should have never happened.
For such cases, we have a simple process in place that will allow you to get a new product as soon as possible:
- Simply reach out to Support with the following information:
- Original order number
- Description of the error
- Pictures of the damaged order (ideally, both the product and the packaging) [MANDATORY]
There’s no need to return the damaged item. Once your replacement is approved we’ll inform you via email.
